Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Senior Project Manager role is based in San Francisco, CA. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and execute key projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client goals and timelines. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, conducting inspections, coordinating logistics, and overseeing expediting processes. The candidate will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.

• Proven experience with Expediting and Expeditor‑related tasks to ensure timely delivery and progress of goods, materials, and processes.

• Ability to perform Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including resource allocation, material coordination, and workflow optimization.

• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate sectors is highly valued.
