Enterprise Engagement Lead at Binti

Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services. Our mission is to help every child have a safe, loving, and stable family. We currently support over 49% of the U.S. child welfare system and are expanding into other social service areas.

Role Overview

As the Enterprise Engagement Lead, you will own the full delivery of large‑scale government implementations. You will partner with senior agency executives, align strategy, manage risk, and drive post‑launch success. You will also shape Binti’s scalability by developing repeatable implementation frameworks.

What You Will Do
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale implementations, including strategy, planning, stakeholder management, technical and programmatic execution, risk mitigation, and post‑launch support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior agency executives, aligning goals, setting expectations, and proactively resolving risks or misalignment.
  • Engage effectively across all levels of agency partners, building trust and driving alignment.
  • Translate product capabilities and technical architecture into a fully configured solution that meets agency needs.
  • Consult and help implement change management strategies, evolving outdated workflows and adopting new processes.
  • Drive accountability across internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication and steady momentum.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable systems and frameworks that elevate the PMO’s enterprise implementation model.
  • Provide strategic implementation expertise during the pre‑sales process, helping align agency priorities with Binti’s product and delivery model.
What We Love About You
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in consulting, SaaS implementation, and/or government systems.
  • Demonstrated strength in critical problem solving and decision‑making in ambiguous, high‑stakes environments.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly for on‑site work with government partners.
  • Comfort owning delivery for large‑scale implementations with limited direction and evolving constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and troubleshoot execution risks.
  • Technical fluency and strong understanding of how software is configured and deployed.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from agency executives to frontline staff.
  • Familiarity with child welfare, health and human services, or similar domains.
  • Formal certification in project and/or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is a plus.
  • Skilled at navigating complex environments with competing priorities and operational resistance.
  • Passion for strong collaborative team culture.
  • Comfort operating in a high‑growth startup environment.
Location

Binti is headquartered in San Francisco, California. This role prefers candidates based in the Bay Area for in‑person office days (Mondays and Thursdays) and requires regular travel across the U.S., averaging two on‑site visits per month.

Benefits & Perks
  • Above‑market compensation package (salary + equity).
  • Excellent medical, dental, vision, and life insurance – 99% of premiums covered.
  • Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work‑life blend.
  • 13 paid holidays, including Juneteenth, Election Day, and the day after Thanksgiving.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental bonding leave for a newborn or newly placed infant.
  • Sick/mental health time separate from vacation days (up to 80 hours).
  • 4 weeks of sabbatical after four years of service.
  • 401k, commuter benefits, FSA, and DCFSA with administration paid.
  • $5,000 annual bonus for employees who volunteer as a CASA (court‑appointed special advocates).
  • $2,500 annual reimbursement for ongoing learning and development.
  • $300 reimbursement for initial office setup.
  • $50 a month effective work reimbursement to cover internet, electricity, and office costs.
  • Paid jury duty.
