About This Role

RGP is a strategic Global HR leader with a passion for driving M&A integrations, organizational change management, and global HR projects? We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee HR strategy across multiple regions, ensuring seamless change and adoption across the organization.

What You Will Work On

• Lead global HR projects, including M&A workforce integrations, organizational design, and talent strategy

• Design and execute change management strategies to drive smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption worldwide

• Partner with executive leadership across geographies to align people strategy with business objectives

• Coach leaders globally on change management, engagement, and communication best practices

• Track global HR metrics and project outcomes to inform decision-making

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 10+ years of global HR leadership experience, with proven success in M&A integrations and large-scale change initiatives

• Strong project management, consulting, and executive communication skills across diverse regions

What You Can Expect

• Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

• Pay Range: $ 100hr
