Senior Director of Program Strategy

Homeless Children’s Network (HCN) is a leading provider of trauma-informed behavioral health services to Black/African American families in San Francisco and the hub for a network of 50+ community-based organizations and agencies citywide. They provide whole-person mental health and family support to more than 2,000 children and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Their Afri-centric approach is built into every aspect of their work from service design to infrastructure, program delivery, community building, and healing

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Senior Director of Program Strategy develops the strategy for and provides overall management and direction to programs and program staff. The Senior Director is also responsible for contract compliance and writing all program reports. The Senior Director serves as bridge between direct service and administrative functions within the agency, as well as serving as a liaison for communication.
