The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between clients, subcontractors, and team members, organizing inspections, managing logistics, and problem‑solving to ensure project success.

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects
• Proficiency in expediting processes and expertise as an expeditor
• Knowledge and experience in conducting inspections to ensure compliance with building standards and project requirements
• Skills in logistics management, including materials coordination and resource allocation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Experience with residential or luxury construction projects is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
