The SF LGBT Center seeks a Director of Youth Services to lead and evolve the Center’s Youth Services department, delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive support for LGBTQQ youth ages 16–24, including unhoused or in transition.
You will supervise managers, shape program strategy and budgets, manage contracts and partnerships, and advance equity, healing justice, and data-informed outcomes across drop-in, mental health, and housing navigation programs.
