Senior Manager, Investment Operations | Investment Management Firm | San Francisco;

Lead critical areas including transfer agency, regulatory reporting, shareholder reporting, and broker relationships while mentoring a team and driving operational improvements. Responsibilities Own the relationship with the firm's transfer agent and oversee servicing, recordkeeping, and issue resolution

Review transfer agency deliverables for accuracy

Coordinate regulatory filings and track reporting deadlines

Oversee shareholder and financial reporting cycles

Partner with fund accounting and external administrators on NAV, distributions, and reporting

Manage broker, custodian, and counter party relationships

Resolve settlement breaks and operational issues

Lead, mentor, and develop team members

Identify control gaps and drive process improvements

Serve as an escalation point for internal teams and external providers

Support product launches, onboarding, audits, and special projects

Explore AI and technology solutions to improve operational workflows
