Cloud flares Infrastructure Operations team builds, expands, and maintains the global network that powers millions of web properties. Hardware Integration Operations sits at the heart of this engine, bridging the gap between hardware engineering design, global supply chains, and data center deployment. Our mission is to ensure our global infrastructure scales seamlessly, reliably, and efficiently by optimizing rack integration, supplier ecosystems, and lifecycle operations.

As Manager of Hardware Integration Operations, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for supply coordination, rack engineering readiness, third-party integration, and deployment coordination. You will manage employees across supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management while scaling the teams capabilities.

You will own the teams day-to-day execution and operating model, ensuring L11 rack builds have the materials, technical requirements, supplier capacity, and deployment readiness needed to support Cloud flares infrastructure plans. You will also develop long-term strategy, including scaling global integration capacity, improving rack lifecycle operations, expanding integration capabilities, and influencing data center standards that enable greater use of rack integration.

This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on operational engagement. As the team grows, you will establish systems, accountability, and leadership capacity that allow execution to scale through your team.

• Coach, develop, and hold accountable a multidisciplinary team spanning supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management.

• Set priorities, clarify ownership, and develop and execute a workforce plan that expands the teams capabilities and capacity.

• Oversee the operating model connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply, L11 rack production, and deployment readiness.
