Most enterprise data, from financial statements to health records, is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, enabling teams to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.

As Chief of Staff you'll serve as a direct partner and extension of our CEO, focused on multiplying capacity across every dimension of the business – sales, product, hiring, customer success, fundraising, and whatever else matters in a given day. You’ll effectively run an “Office of the CEO”, operating as a right hand with the ability to step into any context and drive things forward.

This role comes with really high expectations and responsibility, but also offers unparalleled exposure to building a fast‑growing AI infrastructure company from the inside. For the right person this role can be an on ramp to a leadership role at the company.

This role covers a broad range of work. In the first 90 days your projects might include:

• Helping our CEO prepare a leadership presentation for Fortune 100 enterprise renewals
• Working with our growth team to improve our self‑serve funnel
• Supporting recruiting with our key leadership hires

More broadly you will:

• Extend the CEO’s Capacity
  • Maintain full context on what’s in flight – key deals, important hires, or customer escalations – and drive action items so nothing slips
  • Draft emails, memos, or updates on behalf of the CEO at a level that reflects their own standards
  • Understand the CEO’s priorities before they even mention it, proactively address blockers, and make sure they walk into every meeting ready
• Bring Structure to Chaos
  • Build systems to track, triage, and address important work as we scale the team and add new functions
  • Build automations and systems for repetitive work to help the company scale more effectively
  • Coordinate projects that span across multiple teams and cut operating inefficiencies wherever you find them
• Do the Work That Needs Doing
  • Jump into important situations to help address them as they come whether it’s hiring or resolving customer issues
  • Pick up whatever is most important for the company that week, execute it at high quality, and move on to the next thing
  • Find satisfaction in both strategic and purely execution tasks

• Have an exceptional capacity for work: Process a high volume of tasks across completely different domains without sacrificing quality; get more done by Tuesday than most people do all week.

• Are at least semi‑technical, and can build automations or learn new tools quickly.
• Are exceptional with data, both in terms of analyzing data and building lightweight systems to track and manage it.
• Have previous experience at a high‑growth startup.
• Are willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.
• Thrive in ambiguous environments with rapid context switching.
