This is an opportunity to join a growing team of skilled, experienced brewing professionals, as such we are seeking experienced brewers for this role. As a “Packaging Manager,” you will oversee day to day operations of our packaging team. This position plays a fundamental role in total beer quality and is a key contributor to successful production department outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft beer and attention to detail as well as significant brewing experience.

Primary Skills (Required)

• 3-7 years Brewery/beverage operations experience (packaging operations)

• Team player

• Clean, organized and high attention to detail

• Warehousing experience

• Inventory management and control experience

• Mechanical Aptitude (basic understanding of counterpressure fillers, conveyance, carton erectors, kegging line, etc)

• SOP development and implementation

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Fork Lift Certification

• GMP training

Compensation

• $65,000-$80,000/yr

Shifts

• 5x8 hour shifts - Mon-Friday

• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends

• Paid vacation time (2 weeks)
