Merchandise Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Apparel Merchandiser with 2–3 years of experience in the apparel or fashion industry. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of garment merchandising, product development, sampling, production coordination, and order follow-ups.

• Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution of apparel orders.
• Manage the merchandising process from product development and sampling through production and final shipment.
• Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabric, trims, and other garment requirements.
• Track production timelines, order status, and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with suppliers and factories regarding pricing, material availability, and production updates.
• Maintain product specifications, order details, sample records, and merchandising documentation.
• Monitor product quality and ensure apparel products meet the required specifications.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve merchandising and production-related issues.

• 2–3 years of experience in apparel merchandising, garment merchandising, or fashion merchandising.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, sampling, and apparel production processes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic MS Office applications.

Candidates with experience in apparel brands, fashion retailers, garment manufacturing companies, or export houses are preferred.
