Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Content Marketing Lead to turn rapid growth into stories people can’t ignore. This is a high‑ownership, hands‑on role for a strong storyteller who treats writing as a craft and enjoys building the content engine end to end. You’ll own narrative, creation, and distribution across blogs, social, video, email, and customer stories working closely with leadership to shape the company’s voice, brand, and go‑to‑market presence as we scale.
Responsibilities- Build and manage the content roadmap across channels.
- Turn product updates, founder POV, and customer wins into compelling stories.
- Maintain a consistent, recognizable brand voice.
- Produce high‑quality content: blogs, case studies, social content, scripts, emails, and multi‑media assets.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
- Push distribution to ensure content is consumed, not just created.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams on announcements and launches.
- Build scalable content systems and processes as the team grows.
- Track performance, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
- Exceptional writing skills with strong aesthetic/design instincts.
- Ability to create multi‑format content across written, visual, and social.
- Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Notion, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Comfort with a fast‑paced, in‑office environment and high ownership.
- Strong execution muscle, end‑to‑end content creator, not just strategist.
