We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to build and run our marketing function from the ground up. This role is heavily hands‑on and operational, with a strong emphasis on organic growth, content, and community.

This is not a brand‑only or communications‑led role. The right person will be comfortable building, testing, shipping, and iterating—especially in a lean, early‑stage environment.

This role is hybrid, with in‑office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

• Own and execute the marketing strategy with a strong bias toward hands‑on execution
• Build and scale organic acquisition channels (SEO, content, lifecycle, partnerships, community)
• Develop clear, effective messaging for users, caregivers, and healthcare partners
• Create and oversee content strategy that is educational, mission‑aligned, and community‑driven
• Support and grow community engagement initiatives
• Use data to prioritize channels, experiments, and initiatives that drive adoption
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency across content creation, experimentation, and analysis
• Establish foundational marketing systems, processes, and reporting
• Partner closely with leadership and product
• Hire vendors or contractors as needed (no large team initially)

• A brand‑only or PR‑focused role
• A people‑management‑heavy position
• A purely strategic role removed from execution

• 5–7 years of marketing experience
• Direct experience taking a company from Seed to Series A (or similar growth stage)
• Strong organic marketing background (approximately 80% organic focus)
• Experience with content marketing and community‑driven growth
• Comfortable operating in early‑stage, resource‑constrained environments
• Highly operational and data‑driven
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
• Deeply mission‑driven and motivated by meaningful impact
