Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and own the end to end content strategy ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and buyer personas.
  • Define the content strategy, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our offerings.
  • You’ll produce a mix of rich media and long‑form content such as "how‑to" guides, thought‑leadership whitepapers, case studies, SEO‑optimized blog posts, and more.

Launch Planning & Execution:

  • Create detailed production and distribution plans, timelines, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams (Design, Campaign, and Digital) to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate the sales pipeline.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs, Organic Traffic, and Content Engagement Rates.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize and improve performance.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales, customer success, and customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and inform future content iterations.

Cross‑functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Act as a central point of contact, fostering strong relationships and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Champion a customer‑centric approach throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront of all marketing and content efforts.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years in Content Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or Mar Tech.
  • The "M-Shaped" Marketer:
    You are a brilliant writer, but you also understand the "pipes"—SEO/AIO, distribution, and how content fuels the lead gen funnel.
  • You aren't afraid of technical jargon. You can easily explain the difference between a CDP and a Marketing Hub.
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Understanding brand and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to liaise with agencies, vendors, and creative/design professionals.
