Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Brand to lead Linxx's brand strategy while playing a critical role in selling and positioning the platform to CPG brands. This is a senior, externally facing role that blends brand leadership with commercial execution.

You will own how Linxx shows up to CPG founders, CMOs, and brand teams — shaping our narrative, leading brand-led sales conversations, and helping drive partnerships and revenue.

This is not a traditional brand role. It is a brand + partnerships + GTM leadership position.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Linxx's brand positioning, messaging, and voice for CPG audiences
  • Lead brand-led sales conversations with CPG founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders
  • Translate Linxx platform into clear value propositions and ROI for consumer brands
  • Develop go-to-market narratives, pitch decks, case studies, and sales enablement materials
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CPG brands, agencies, and ecosystem partners
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and leadership to align brand promise with platform capabilities
  • Represent Linxx externally in meetings, partnerships, and industry conversations
  • Stay close to CPG trends, experiential marketing, retail dynamics, and community-led growth
Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of experience in brand, partnerships, sales, or growth
  • Direct experience selling into CPG brands
    or working closely with CPG brand teams
  • Strong understanding of how CPG brands evaluate partnerships, platforms, and ROI
  • Proven ability to lead high-level conversations with founders and senior brand leaders
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with strong brand intuition
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership
