Duties
• Own Engagement and Retention Strategy for Lightroom Mobile:
Define the lifecycle marketing strategy and develop a cohesive approach that utilizes the most impactful levers to keep free and paid customers engaged.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
Work across Product, GTM, Growth, ASO, social, and broader marketing teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Lead with Influence:
Provide clarity and direction in a matrixed organization. Align teams with different goals and strong opinions around a common vision.
Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM—preferably for a consumer tech product such as mobile gaming or a mobile‑subscription product (e.g., Disney).
• Strong understanding of mobile marketing and growth; familiarity with creative cloud products (Lightroom, Photoshop) is a strong plus.
• Proven success in leveraging product and customer insights to drive lifecycle marketing initiatives such as in‑app push notification strategies or App Store experimentation.
• Exceptional ability to work cross‑functionally and influence in complex, matrixed environments—balancing strong personalities and multiple priorities with clarity and empathy.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to simplify complex solutions and connect them to customer value.
• Experience in both startups and large organizations. You know how to move fast, prioritize effectively, and scale operations.
• Demonstrated deep ownership, critical thinking, and customer dedication.
Education
• BA or BS required
• MBA is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) is a plus
