Hiair has a product job seekers love; we need someone to get it in front of many more of them. As our Go-To-Market Lead you own growth end to end — positioning, channels, lifecycle, and the experiments that find our wedge.
You'll get close to job seekers, learn where they hurt, and translate that into campaigns and partnerships that move signups. You instrument the funnel and let the numbers pick the next bet.
What you'll do- Own the growth funnel end to end: acquisition channels, positioning, onboarding, and lifecycle.
- Run a steady cadence of experiments and let data pick the winners.
- Build partnerships and campaigns that reach job seekers where they already are.
- Instrument the funnel and report on what's working with real numbers.
- A track record of driving growth for a consumer or prosumer product.
- Comfort with data — you can instrument a funnel and read it without hand-holding.
- Range across channels, lifecycle, and messaging, and the judgment to focus.
- Genuine empathy for job seekers and the hiring process.
