Factory in San Francisco is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to be a founding member of our GTM Strategy & Operations team. You will own the buildout of the marketing operations function from the ground up and operate the marketing tech stack to enable scalable campaigns and product-led growth.
You will be the primary operations partner to field, growth, product, and PLG marketing, owning data, workflows, and measurements while evolving marketing workflows in Factory’s product.
