About Convey

Every growing company runs on an invisible operating layer: recurring work that crosses a dozen systems and still needs a person to move it forward. Convey is a digital workforce platform. We take that work off the team and give it to digital teammates that the company's own operators train and manage. Each teammate owns a responsibility from the first request to the finished result.

Customers like Televisa Univision, Savoya, and Strategus use Convey for work that stands between the business and its revenue. Strategus cut integration launches from three to six months down to under one week.

About the role

You'll shape how the market understands a new category, and you'll turn our customers into our strongest proof. You will own positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and customer marketing for Convey.

You'll also build the team differently. Alongside the core job, you'll train and manage your own digital workforce on Convey. Those teammates will own the recurring work that usually keeps a product marketing team from growing past its headcount. You'll be customer zero for the product you're marketing.

What you'll own

Positioning and messaging

  • Own the category narrative and messaging framework, and keep every description of Convey consistent with it, from the website to the sales deck.

  • Translate the product into value for each buyer: the business leader who decides what to delegate, the operators who train teammates, and the IT and Security teams who govern them.

  • Build use-case and industry narratives for our priority markets.

Market and buyer insight

  • Run win/loss analysis, buyer research, and competitive intelligence across the full set of alternatives, from AI assistants and copilots to internal builds and outsourced teams.

  • Turn what you learn into sharper positioning, product feedback, and sales guidance.

Product launches

  • Own go-to-market for what we ship: launch tiering, plans, messaging, enablement, and measuring results.

Sales enablement

  • Own the core sales narrative: pitch, demo story, discovery guides, objection handling, and a value framework that shows impact on cost, speed to outcome, and revenue.

  • Equip sellers for enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, including security review. Work directly with sales on strategic opportunities.

Customer marketing

  • Build and run the customer proof engine: case studies, video, webinars, quotes, and validated results.

  • Build a reference and advocacy program deep enough that sales never has to wait for a reference call.

  • Partner with customer success on adoption and expansion. Help champions make the case internally as Convey grows into new teams and functions.

  • Own customer communications, including release updates, newsletters, and customer events.

Your digital workforce

  • Decide which recurring product and customer marketing work to delegate.

  • Train those teammates, review their work, and keep improving them as the work changes.

  • Share what works so it shapes how Convey markets with Convey and how we tell the story to customers.

What you bring
  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep product marketing experience and hands-on ownership of customer marketing or advocacy programs.

  • A track record of positioning a new or fast-moving category and selling to enterprise buying committees.

  • Exceptional writing. You can turn a technical product into a clear, credible value story and defend every word.

  • Credibility with sales. You've built enablement that sellers actually use, and you're at ease in front of customers and executives.

  • Experience leading teams or programs. You set direction, and you can also write the first draft itself.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch in an early-stage company.

  • Experience marketing AI or enterprise software platforms.

Why join
  • Define how the market understands a new category.

  • Use the product to build your team. You'll know the customer's experience better than anyone.

  • Help shape the marketing organization early.
