A Series A fintech AI company is seeking a hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function and report directly to the CEO. You will shape how financial institutions understand an emerging category, build a small senior team, and connect marketing programs to business growth.
What You'll Do- Own positioning, messaging, and product marketing across the platform.
- Develop go-to-market plans for product launches, including sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and playbooks.
- Partner with Sales to drive demand generation and pipeline contribution.
- Build and lead the marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and establishing operating practices.
- Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer forums.
- 8 to 16 years of B2B product marketing experience, including experience in a scaling startup.
- Experience owning positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement, with contributions to demand generation and field marketing.
- A track record of translating complex technical capabilities into clear messaging for non-technical executives.
- Experience leading and developing a small marketing team while remaining hands-on in product marketing.
- Background in conversational AI, voice AI, agentic AI, customer experience automation, or related financial technology.
- Daily, practical use of generative AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Public speaking experience at industry events, webinars, or analyst briefings, and a bachelor's degree.
Annual salary: $260,000 to $320,000 USD.
