Fours is the end-to-end orchestration system for the fastest-growing sales channels: B2B marketplaces and ecosystems, powered by AI and integrations with the systems businesses already use.
Today, we work with 300+ amazing customers, ranging from leading AI companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Decagon, and Glean to large enterprises like Snowflake, Workday, and Intel.
We’ve built products customers love and a sales motion that works. Now, we need to make sure the market understands exactly
why we’re different, why we’re winning, and why customers choose us.As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll own how we position our products, tell our story, launch new capabilities, enable our sales team, and turn customer and market insights into a competitive advantage.
This is not a traditional product marketing role where you inherit a playbook and spend your time managing launch calendars. We’re looking for someone who can operate with a high degree of ownership, get deep into the product, understand our buyers, and turn complex technology into clear, compelling messaging.
What You'll Own (for real)- Own positioning and messaging:
Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for Fours products, translating complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions for different audiences and use cases - Own go-to-market strategy:
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop GTM strategies for new products, features, and markets, from launch planning through post-launch optimization - Build sales enablement:
Create the messaging, competitive battle cards, pitch decks, demos, one-pagers, case studies, and other materials Sales needs to win - Own competitive intelligence:
Develop a deep understanding of our competitive landscape, including PRM, marketplace, channel commerce, and adjacent platforms. Track competitors, identify market gaps, and turn insights into actionable sales and product strategies - Become an expert on our customers:
Talk to customers and prospects to understand their pain points, buying decisions, objections, and use cases. Turn those insights into better positioning, messaging, and product strategy - Create product marketing content:
Develop high-quality content that brings our products and point of view to life, including product pages, launch content, thought leadership, customer stories, and sales collateral - Partner with Product:
Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand what we’re building, shape how we take it to market, and ensure product development is grounded in customer and market needs - Partner with Sales:
Work directly with Sales to understand what is and isn’t resonating in the market, improve our sales narrative, and help the team win competitive deals
- 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage, high-growth SaaS or technology company

- Strong ability to translate technical products into simple, compelling stories that resonate with business and technical buyers
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills with strong creative instincts
- Experience working closely with Sales and Product to develop messaging, enablement, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong competitive intelligence and market research skills, with the ability to turn information into actionable insights
- Highly analytical and comfortable using customer feedback, win/loss data, pipeline data, and market research to inform decisions
