Head of Marketing; gStore

Grey Orange’s gStore platform connects every aisle, associate, and store enabled with AI to maximize revenue and minimize variance. We power modern retail operations by connecting physical stores, digital systems, and intelligent automation into one unified ecosystem. We build scalable, cloud-native systems that integrate hardware, IoT, AI-driven applications, and enterprise SaaS to transform store execution.

We are seeking a high-agency, strategic, and execution-oriented Head of Marketing - gStore to own marketing, corporate communications, and overall lead generation for our gStore platform. Operating at a CMO-2 within a fast-growing tech environment, you will drive gStore’s global visibility, positioning, and pipeline creation. This role is built for a critical thinker and proactive problem-solver with deep B2B enterprise software expertise who thrives in scaling dynamic, high-growth motions.

• Own end-to-end lead generation and pipeline creation for gStore across all digital and field channels (SEO/SEM, paid media, email, ABM, and events).
• Measure and optimize full-funnel conversion performance
• Deploy rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and data attribution frameworks to scale lead acquisition efficiently.

• Lead product messaging, positioning, PR, and integrated communication strategies for the gStore platform.
• Translate complex enterprise SaaS, AI, and IoT solutions into crisp value propositions for enterprise buyers.
• Oversee content creation across the buyer journey, including whitepapers, case studies, product videos, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to define target personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver high-impact sales toolkits, ROI calculators, and campaign assets to accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
• Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics, campaign ROI, and market expansion indicators to executive leadership.

  Experience:
  
  Direct experience owning marketing, communications, and lead generation motions in B2B enterprise tech environments.
• Scale-Up Track Record: Proven experience navigating growth inflection points (e.g., scaling motions from $1M–$10M to $10M–$100M) in fast-growing, agile companies (CMO-2 or equivalent level).
• Enterprise B2B Software: Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS/software marketing. Retail industry experience is a bonus, but not required

• Analytical Command: Data-driven mindset with deep familiarity in modern marketing tech stacks, campaign analytics, attribution, and pipeline forecasting.
