Everfit is the AI native operating system for personal health. We power 400,000+ coaches and over 1 million clients across 190+ countries, from personal trainers and nutritionists to Olympic athletes, military trainers, cancer rehab specialists, and celebrity coaches. From programming, nutrition, and habit coaching to payments, messaging, and client acquisition, Everfit brings a coach's entire business together and layers AI on top so they can do more of the work only a human can do.
We are a rare kind of startup. We are at eight figure ARR, cashflow positive, and we got here with almost no outside capital. That means we make our own decisions, we move fast, and we invest in what works. We are about 180 people across San Francisco, the UK, Da Nang, and Hanoi, with backgrounds from Nike, Apple, Meta, Uber, Patreon, Future, and Les Mills.
TheBrand You Get to Play With
This September, six years in, we relaunched Everfit with a new identity and a manifesto we call ALL ON
.
ALL ON is an attitude. It is about showing up on the great days and on the barely made it days. It is about a coach adjusting a plan in real time without fighting the software, and a system that adapts when life interrupts instead of collapsing. As we wrote in the manifesto: "We never wanted to put progress in a box.
We want to build systems big enough for where people are going." Every decision we make gets measured against one question: does it advance the business of human potential?
The logo has always been inspired by Hermes, the god of sport and athleticism. The refresh brings that identity back, stronger and louder.
Here is why that matters for you. The brand foundation is built and it is fresh. Our Brand team just handed the company a story worth telling, and now we need someone to take it out into the world and make people feel it. Big campaign ideas. Creator moments. Stunts at HYROX, Cross Fit, and marathon weekends. Social series that coaches actually share.
Product launches that land like cultural moments instead of change logs. If you have been waiting for a brand with real energy and the freedom to do fun, ambitious things with it, this is that brand.

We are looking for a Head of Global Marketing to join our executive team and own growth across two audiences at once:
- SMB B2B: coaches and fitness professionals. This is a prosumer audience that behaves much closer to a consumer than a traditional SaaS buyer. They find us on Instagram and You Tube, they trial on their phone, they buy on a Saturday, and they tell their friends. Marketing to them is part performance engine, part culture.
- Consumer: the Everfit Marketplace. Our newest bet, where anyone can find and hire the right coach regardless of budget, goals, or location. This is a true B2C funnel, still early, with a lot of room to build.
You will lead marketing end to end: strategy, messaging, brand, growth, lifecycle, product marketing, creator, and community. You will work day to day with, our Social Media & Content Manager, our Growth Marketing team, Lifecycle Marketing manager, and our Product Marketing team, plus our paid media partners and our design and creative team in Vietnam. You will hire where we have gaps.
Marketing at Everfit owns a number. You will be accountable for new revenue alongside leads and brand awareness, and you will be expected to see the whole system, from a brand moment on Instagram to a lifecycle email to a pricing launch, and know which levers move revenue.
This is a hands on role. We do not need a marketing executive who only reviews decks. We need someone who can build the model in the morning, rewrite the headline at lunch, and be on set for the shoot in the afternoon.
Who You Are : 70% Strategic and Analytical, 30% CreativeThe strategic and analytical 70% is what makes it work. You run marketing like an operator. You know your CAC, payback, LTV, and contribution margin by channel and by segment. You look across a portfolio of initiatives, from lifecycle to brand to growth, decide which ones deserve investment, and launch them well. You build the dashboards, you read the cohort curves, you kill what does not perform, and you scale what does.
The creative 30% is real and it is why the brand section above exists. You have taste, a good eye, and you know what is…
