Lead Nextlex's paid acquisition and growth marketing efforts to drive qualified pipeline for the sales team. This role owns performance across paid channels, optimizes conversion funnels, and scales demand generation programs that fuel the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, and programmatic channels.
- Own performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, MQL-to-SQL conversion) and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to develop high-converting campaign assets.
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise with Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in attribution modeling and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets with clear ROI accountability.
- Experience marketing to legal, financial services, or enterprise audiences.
- Familiarity with ABM (account-based marketing) strategies and tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and organic growth as complementary channels.
