Digital Marketing
Gantri is the product innovation foundry for the design industry. We built the simplest way for designers, brands, and creators to launch category-defining products for their audiences at a fraction of traditional costs. We manufacture products on-demand at our Digital Factory in California from Gantri Plant Polymers, high-performance bio-polymers that replace traditional oil based plastics and eliminate the need for inventory.
Since launching lighting in 2017, we have introduced over 200 products by some of the world's best designers, earning more awards than any other design manufacturer in America, including Fast Company's Most Innovative in Design and TIME's Best Inventions. In 2026 we launched Gantri Wireless, the biggest leap forward in lighting in decades: full-powered light anywhere you go.
The roleYou will run Gantri's digital marketing engine across every channel: paid social, paid search, email, SMS, affiliate, and on-site conversion. You own the numbers. The single most important output of this role is a cross-channel reporting system built on multi-touch attribution that tells us, with confidence, where each dollar of DTC revenue comes from and where the next dollar should go.
This is a role for a builder of systems, not a firefighter. We are looking for someone who creates order: clean data, documented processes, reliable weekly reporting, and campaign calendars that are planned months ahead rather than days. You will be the person in the room who can say what actually happened, why, and what we should do next, with the model to back it up.
You will manage our two agency relationships (paid media and email) directly and be accountable for their output.
This role reports to our Head of Brand.
What You'll Do- Build and own cross-channel performance reporting using multi-touch attribution. This includes designing the attribution model, maintaining the data pipeline behind it, reconciling platform-reported and modeled numbers, and producing the weekly and monthly views the leadership team runs the business on.
- Plan, budget, and forecast DTC marketing spend across channels. Set targets for CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin, and new-customer revenue, then track performance against them.
- Own the day-to-day relationship with our paid media agency: briefs, budgets, creative requests, testing roadmaps, and performance reviews. Hold them to targets.
- Own the relationship with our email and SMS agency: campaign calendar, flows, segmentation strategy, list growth, and deliverability. Hold them to targets.
- Run the campaign calendar across all channels, coordinated with product launches, designer collaborations, promotions, and seasonal moments.
- Partner with the creative team to brief and evaluate ad and email creative. You will not design it, but you need to recognize what is on-brand and what is working, and translate performance data into creative direction.
- Run structured testing programs (audiences, creative, offers, landing pages) with clear hypotheses, sample sizes, and readouts.
- Monitor on-site funnel metrics (conversion rate, AOV, checkout drop-off) and work with the ecommerce and product teams on fixes.
- Maintain clean tracking: pixels, UTMs, server-side events, and the integrity of data flowing into the attribution model and analytics stack.
- 5+ years in digital marketing or growth for a DTC brand, with a proven record of growing DTC revenue. You should be able to walk us through the numbers: what you inherited, what you changed, what happened.
- Experience in a design-led brand in home, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or an adjacent category. You understand how considered-purchase, aesthetics-driven products are sold online.
- Exceptional quantitative skills. You are comfortable building and maintaining attribution models, cohort analyses, LTV/CAC models, and spend forecasts in spreadsheets or BI tools. You understand the limitations of platform-reported attribution and how to triangulate with incrementality testing, MMM, or post-purchase surveys.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of the ecommerce stack:
Klaviyo or equivalent, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and at least one attribution or analytics platform (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or similar). - Highly organized. You run on calendars, trackers, documented processes, and written briefs, and you keep multiple agencies and work streams moving on schedule without being chased.
- Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable to performance…
