About Innovate Public Schools
Innovate Public Schools is a power‑building organization launched in 2012 that focuses on educational equity for Black and Brown students. Our mission is to build parental capacity for high‑quality schooling.
Internship Overview
As a Summer Intern you will collaborate with experts in logistics, marketing, policy analysis, and HR to support our community‑organizing work.
- Location:
Hybrid (Los Angeles, Bay Area, or remote depending on role) - Duration:
Flexible (minimum 2‑month commitment between January 2026‑September 2026) - Time Commitment:

Paid through the Community Service Work Study program at Stanford
Available Departments & Sample Projects
- Human Resources – drive equitable hiring, support employee experience, and assist DEI initiatives.
- Operations – event logistics, travel coordination, and internal systems support.
- Marketing – amplify parent stories and support outreach strategies.
