Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a central role in Give Light’s success, overseeing office operations, finance, donor and gift administration, event support, and volunteer coordination. Reporting to the CEO, this role collaborates with staff and volunteers to maintain and improve operational systems while supporting program growth and innovation.

• Manage headquarters operations, office systems, calendars, and CRM (Neon).
• Oversee payments to partners, and financial and campaign reporting.
• Ensure accurate gift processing, donor communication, acknowledgements, receipts, and matching gifts.
• Support donor relations, dashboards, and top‑level fundraising metrics.
• Provide administrative support for the CEO, Global Programs Manager, staff, and volunteers.
• Coordinate event logistics, ticketing, communications, and occasional in‑person support.

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Proficiency with accounting basics, CRMs, Google Workspace/MS Office, and common collaboration tools.
• Strong time management, independence, and ability to work with remote teams.
• Commitment to children’s well‑being globally.
• 20 hrs/week initially; 30–32 hrs/week after 90 days.
• $30–$33.50/hour + healthcare stipend, sick and vacation benefits.
• Hybrid; SF Bay Area with at least one day/week in San Jose office.
