The Fundraising Advisor role is designed for professionals experienced in:

Capital formation

Investor relations

Venture, private equity, or early-stage finance

Advisors engage with founders on a deal-by-deal or engagement basis, aligned to capital raised.

As a Raise

OS Advisor, you may:

Guide founders through equity fundraising strategy

Prepare fundraising narratives, materials, and positioning

Advise on round structure, timing, and investor targeting

Make warm introductions to angels, VCs, and LPs

Support diligence, negotiation, and close processes

Engagements vary by stage and scope.

Advisors earn through:
