Temporary Strategy & Partnerships Associate
We are excited to partner with a nationally respected philanthropic foundation dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and access to education for all.
We're seeking a proactive, highly organized Associate to support a collaborative, mission-driven team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives while gaining valuable experience in philanthropy and strategic partnerships!
Responsibilities in this important role include:- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the team.
- Coordinate meetings, timelines, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Support grantmaking activities, funding requests, and partnership initiatives.
- Track projects and deliverables using Asana and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external nonprofit partners.
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination, grants, or nonprofit administration.
- Background in philanthropy or institutional funding preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and collaborative approach.
- Salesforce and Asana experience a plus.
- Pay: $40-$45/hr
- Location: Downtown San Francisco
- Schedule: Hybrid, onsite Tuesday and Wednesday
- Duration: Immediate start through December 18, 2026
