Join Tia’s Virtual Care Team as a CA‑Based Nurse Practitioner passionate about women’s health. Our mission is to transform healthcare for women by increasing access to preventive services and improving the overall experience across primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness.
OverviewTia’s “Whole Woman, Whole Life” model blends in‑person and virtual care to treat women as whole people. We aim to provide high‑quality, cost‑effective care from puberty through menopause, serving thousands of women in major cities and expanding to over 100,000 by 2023.
About the Role- Provide affirming primary care for women, including gynecological services, annual exams, pap smears, and holistic whole‑person care.
- Participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development, and innovation.
- Support direct patient care while influencing our evolving care model.
Flexible scheduling with part‑time and full‑time options. 10‑hour or 8‑hour days typically start 7‑9 a.m. or 10‑12 p.m. Expect one evening shift per week.

Skills and Assets- Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner with unrestricted California license.
- Expertise in primary care, gynecology, chronic disease management, acute care, dermatology, and reproductive health.
- Technology proficiency and willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Procedural skills: IUD insertion, Nexplanon, colposcopy, or willingness to learn.
- Experience with diverse populations, trauma‑informed care, LGBTQ+ health, integrative medicine, or hormone management.
