IVIRMA North America network of state‑of‑the‑art fertility practices in the United States is currently seeking a Temporary Registered Nurse to join our growing San Francisco practice. This temporary full‑time hybrid position runs Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm with occasional weekends and holidays. Position is needed until the end of September 2026.

The Nurse will function as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education and guidance to fertility patients throughout their journey. The Registered Nurse will serve as treatment coordinator and strive to provide every individual an optimal patient experience.

• Assists with coordination of care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Implements provider directives through management of diagnostic and clinical treatment plans.
• Provides care for assigned patients by applying appropriate RMA workflows, policies, and clinical practice guidelines.
• Reviews medical records and lab results; ensures accurate data is entered into the EMR.
• Communicates test results and patient instructions.
• Provides patient education throughout all aspects of the treatment journey; sets expectations, educates patients/couples on testing, treatment options and RMA processes.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care services in the EMR.
• Demonstrates skills and judgment necessary to implement the plan of care; performs nursing interventions and procedures as needed to promote the care and safety of the patient.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients; comforts patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Participates in the education and training of nurses; mentors peers; promotes a collaborative and productive environment both intra‑departmentally and inter‑departmentally.
• Assists provider with in‑office procedures, as needed.

• Active RN license without limitations – required.
• BSN degree – highly preferred.
• BCLS and/or ACLS and/or IV certification – preferred.

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings – required.
• 2+ years practical experience working as a nurse – preferred (new grads considered).
• Prior experience in women’s healthcare – preferred.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
