Director of Resident Services – Registered Nurse

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform and manage all assessments, care plan development, and ongoing observation of resident health conditions.
• Partner with external clinical teams (home health, hospice, PT/OT, neurologists, cardiologists) to coordinate comprehensive, holistic care.
• Lead infection control, safety protocols, and clinical compliance.

• Strong background in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Case Management.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license in California.
• 5 years of RN experience, including clinical leadership.

• Ability to work with high-level clientele and navigate complex family dynamics.

• $165,000 – $180,000 Annual Salary (negotiable depending on experience).
• Annual bonus eligibility.
