What You’ll Be Working On- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs and conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Providing in‑office or testing‑center care, and conducting occasional tele‑health visits.
- Continuously learning during weekly clinical rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborating with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in‑office procedures.
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
- State‑licensed in California by the start date at One Medical.
- At least five years of practice as an advanced practitioner, including:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary‑care setting, or
- 1 year in an outpatient primary‑care setting combined with either a 1‑year primary‑care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent‑care setting.
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus.
- A passion for human‑centered primary care.
- Effective communication with patients of all backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using technology to deliver high‑quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care.
- Desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
- Openness to feedback and reflection for personal growth.
- Confidence navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.
- Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs.
