Travel RN - Operating Room - Pediatric

Position: Travel RN - Operating Room - Pediatric OR
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Operating Room position requiring a CA RN license and pediatric ophthalmology experience.

Job Details

• Work in a Pediatric Operating Room within a hospital setting,

• Day shifts, 3x12 hours, from 6:45 to 19:15,

• Primary duties include scrubbing and circulating for ophthalmology cases,

• Potential to work in general, orthopedic, and neurosurgery cases,

• Must be willing to float to other facilities as needed,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required,

• Current AHA BLS and PALS certifications required,

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric OR experience required,

• Previous travel assignment required,

• Experience scrubbing and circulating ophthalmology cases required,

• CNOR certification preferred,

• General surgery, ortho, and neuro experience preferred,

• Proficiency in laparoscopic surgery and scrubbing preferred,

Additional Information

• Responsible for safe patient care before, during, and after pediatric surgical procedures,

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary surgical teams is integral to this role,

• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position,
