Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location:
Exeter, CA.
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care across all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, develop care plans, perform diagnostics, and interpret results.
- Educate patients on health management and ensure accurate documentation in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Active FNP or PA license in California.
- Experience in primary care preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of chronic disease management and medical coding a plus.
