- Manage financial metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with the Medical Director on patient care and reimbursement issues.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred candidates have management experience in hyperbaric or outpatient environments, active California RN licensure, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
Applicants should have prior hyperbaric therapy experience and current nurse practitioner certification.
