This role is for a Travel Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Operating Room (OR), working 13-week contracts in San Francisco. Travel OR RN – Core 6 (Robotics, Total Joint & Spine)
Shift: Day, 4x10-hour shifts (start times: 6:45am, 9:00am, 11:00am)
Schedule:
Rotating weekends, OT support as needed
Contract:
13 weeks, guaranteed hours
About the Role:
You’ll be part of a skilled OR team, providing direct patient care in surgeries ranging from total joint and spine procedures to advanced robotic cases. This role allows you to scrub or circulate in a variety of surgical specialties while working with modern robotic equipment.
What You’ll Do:
• Scrub or circulate in the OR.
• Work on total joint, spine, and robotic-assisted surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the OR team.
• Help provide safe, patient-centered care and education.
• Float to other OR units if needed.
Requirements:
• CA RN license.
• BLS (AHA).
• Minimum 5 years of OR experience.
• Scrub and circulate experience required.
• Experience with robotics, total joint, and spine surgeries.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
