Felton Institute is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication administration, and health monitoring for Transitional Age Youth and adults with severe mental illness. The role combines on-site clinic work with community outreach, coordinating care with prescribers and a multidisciplinary team.
The LVN will educate staff on psychopharmacology, maintain records, and participate in crisis interventions as needed.
