GHR Healthcare seeks an experienced Telemetry/Stepdown Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in San Francisco, CA. You will provide specialized care for adult and geriatric patients across inpatient units, with a focus on telemetry, stepdown and PCU duties.
The role requires CA RN license, BSN, BLS and ACLS, plus strong dysrhythmia management. Nights, three 12-hour shifts weekly, with 36 hours per week and a 1:5 patient ratio.
