Food Safety Manager

, known for innovation, quality, and continuous growth. We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Manager to join a fast‑paced, high‑performing team at one of the company’s key production facilities.

As an FSQA leader, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role in ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality across all manufacturing operations. You’ll oversee daily quality activities, guide a team of FSQA professionals, and collaborate closely with production and operations leaders to drive continuous improvement.

• Supervise daily FSQA operations to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor quality technicians and inspectors to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor quality metrics, perform audits, and manage corrective and preventive action programs.
• Partner with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality or safety issues.
• Support customer and third‑party audits, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and audit‑ready.
• Promote continuous improvement in food safety and quality processes across the facility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in food safety or quality within a food manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, USDA/FDA regulations, and related quality systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for driving safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced setting.
