Pharmacy QA Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Pharmaceutical Data Compliance Testing. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards to ensure that our data management processes meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for pharmaceutical data compliance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Perform thorough analysis of test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices in automation testing.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results in accordance with compliance standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation and pharmaceutical compliance.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior QA team members.
Mandatory
Skills:
- Strong expertise in Pharmaceutical Data Compliance Testing.
- Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.) related to pharmaceutical data.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#) for test automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Load Runner, JMeter).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- Knowledge of database testing and SQL.
- Experience in working with cloud based testing environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on pharmaceutical data compliance.
- Relevant certifications in QA or automation testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
