Technical Test Lead – Service Virtualization-CA LISA

Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred

· At least 4 +years of experience on Service Virtualization using CA LISA

· At least 2 years of experience with HP ALM/Quality Center

· At least 3 +years of experience in test strategy and test Design

· At least 3 + years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting

· Good Analytical and problem solving skills (Mining skill).

· Experience with Financial Services domain (desirable)

· Ability to work independently and take ownership

· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

· Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements

· Ability to manage customer communication & lead the engagement

· Working Experience in artifacts like Functional Specification Document (FSD), Detail Level Document Design, writing use case flows etc.

· A good team player who can collaborate and work closely with multiple groups

· Ability to multi-task and work under stringent timelines within a strong, high energy team environment.

· Communication and Analytical skills.

· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
