Comp:
$150,000–$175,000 base salary, plus annual performance bonus.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager – Retail Strip Center Portfolio located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail strip centers, ensuring the properties are well-maintained, tenant needs are met, and financial targets are achieved. Responsibilities include managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, overseeing budgets and financial reports, and optimizing property performance.
The role requires regular property inspections and collaboration with leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams to maximize tenant satisfaction and property value.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail strip centers
- Manage tenant relationships and address tenant needs
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property condition
- Oversee budgets, financial reports, and property performance optimization
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams to maximize tenant satisfaction and property value
- Experience in Property Management, especially in Retail Strip Centers
- Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and optimization of property performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and tenant relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties and tasks
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair coordination
- Experience with property management software and tools
- Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPM or RPA are a plus
