Real Estate Attorney

Overview

We’ve been instructed by a leading Big Law firm to source a mid-level Real Estate Associate for their San Francisco office. The team advises a broad mix of clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development. You’ll be working directly with sponsors, lenders, and developers on high-value deals across asset classes. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility.

You’ll be trusted to lead on transactions, manage client relationships, and take ownership of work streams from day one.

Base pay range

$/yr - $/yr

Requirements:

• JD, admitted in California

• 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Exposure to real estate finance, joint ventures, and development

• Commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
