Altos Labs in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Scientist in Discovery Science to advance brain aging and neurodegeneration programs. You will design and execute workflows for membrane and lipid biology studies, purify transmembrane or peripheral proteins, and perform biophysical characterization and activity assays.
The role requires a PhD and expertise in membrane protein purification, EM, and biophysical analysis. It is based in the Frost group at Altos Labs’ Bay Area campus.
