Join our AI Research team to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence. You will conduct original research in deep learning, publish papers at top-tier conferences, and collaborate with engineering teams to bring research innovations into production systems.
Elaborate responsibilities include:

Designing, implementing, and evaluating novel deep learning algorithms and models, with a focus on state-of-the‑art techniques and applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, product management, and data science, to develop and deploy AI‑powered features and products.
Publishing research papers in top‑tier conferences and journals, and presenting research findings at industry and academic events.
Developing and maintaining a strong research agenda, with a focus on advancing the state‑of‑the‑art in AI and deep learning.
Staying up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in AI and deep learning, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve research outcomes.
Leading and mentoring junior researchers and engineers to advance their skills and knowledge in AI and deep learning.
Developing and leading research projects that align with the company’s strategic goals and priorities.
Collaborating with external partners and academia to advance the company’s research agenda and stay at the forefront of AI innovation.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering teams, product management, and executive leadership.
Communicating research findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences, through reports, presentations, and other media.
Ensuring that all research activities are conducted with the highest level of integrity, ethics, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI and deep learning.
Proven research track record in AI and deep learning, with publications in top‑tier conferences and journals.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, and/or Java.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
Experience with cloud‑based platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices, including agile development methodologies.
