What you'll do- Recruit and run interviews and usability sessions with parents and educators
- Synthesize findings into clear, prioritized recommendations
- Build and maintain a lightweight research repository the team actually uses
- Pressure-test new modules before launch and after
- Coursework or hands-on experience in UX research, HCI, psychology, or education
- You can run an interview without leading the witness
- Clear synthesis: findings, not transcripts
- Care for research ethics, especially anything involving families
- Experience with youth, school, or family contexts
