Bartender

Tacolicious is a San Francisco-based California‑Mexican restaurant group that combines fun and affordability with integrity and a strong sense of community. This is a part‑time, on‑site Bartender position, located in San Francisco, CA. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non‑alcoholic drinks, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking inventory, operating the cash register for transactions, and adhering to food and beverage safety standards.

Maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling customer requests is a key aspect of this role.

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication to provide exceptional guest experiences and interact efficiently with team members.
• Experience in Bartending and expertise in crafting cocktails; a strong understanding of drink recipes and mixing techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards, including health and safety guidelines.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate and efficient transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred; a bartender certification or training is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
