The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent experience for guests by keeping products fresh, in stock, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They lead food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over tasks.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, in-stock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing storage of reserve product.
• Stay aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks.
• Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience efficiently and while maintaining food safety.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain an inviting dining area throughout the shift.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Produce hand‑crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
• Follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature‑sensitive items.
• Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space.
• Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items according to best practice.
• Ensure accurate in‑stocks by placing store‑initiated orders.
• Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensure accurate recording.
• Execute sampling best practices.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store.
• Complete all required training and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick up (OPU), and Drive‑up (DU) while maintaining compliance with beverage laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Assist guests in a welcoming way to solve specific needs.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target.
• Perform any other duties as needed based on business requirements.

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and related technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Maintain focus and composure in a fast‑paced environment, accomplishing multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule, reliable and prompt attendance.
• Operate in temperatures ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F.
• Work in environments where allergens may be present.
• Remain mobile for the duration of the shift, which may vary.
