We are a premier hybrid stlye restaurant, full service breakfast , lunch cafe , with a smaller togo coffee bakery concept as well,expanding throughout the the East and West coast cities.

Our commitment to culinary excellence, warm hospitality, and sustainable growth has established us as a rising star in the region's vibrant food scene. As we continue to expand our footprint, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of our locations.

Position Overview

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant location, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding customer experience, and efficient operations while fostering a positive team culture. You will work closely with our executive chef team to maintain our culinary standards while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards in partnership with culinary team
  • Manage financial performance including sales, labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Create and foster a positive, inclusive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive sales and community engagement
  • Maintain restaurant facilities, equipment, and systems in excellent working condition
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast casual or chef-driven concepts
  • Proven track record of successful P&L management and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Passion for food and deep understanding of culinary operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Serv Safe certification required
